Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren have suggested they could pick Kamala Harris as their candidate for vice-president after she dropped out of the Democratic primary race.Mr Biden, a former vice-president, told reporters he spoke to Ms Harris on Tuesday and believes she is a strong potential running mate.
